Relax for about 30 minutes. To use as a foot soak: Dilute two spoonfuls in warm (approx 37°C) water. Soak your feet and relax for at least 30 minutes. To use as an exfoliator: Mix two spoonfuls in warm water and apply gently to the skin in circular motions to remove dead skin, restore pH balance, and promote the elimination of toxins.
